Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how SmartLogoz and OurBloc use cookies and similar technologies. By using our platforms, you consent to the use of cookies as described here, unless you choose to decline via our consent banner.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as your login session or consent preferences — so you don't have to re-enter it each time. We also use browser local storage for similar purposes.

3. Essential vs. Non-Essential Cookies

Essential cookies (like sl_cookie_consent) are required for the platform to function and cannot be declined without preventing core features.

Functional cookies (like session and business cache cookies) are required to keep you logged in and provide a usable experience. Declining these means you will need to log in on every visit.

Third-party cookies from Google (Maps and reCAPTCHA) and Stripe are set when you use features that depend on those services. We do not control these cookies. Refer to:

4. reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on registration and login forms to detect and prevent bot submissions. reCAPTCHA v3 runs silently in the background — it does not display a CAPTCHA puzzle. It analyzes user behavior signals and returns a risk score. Google processes this data under their privacy policy.

By using our registration or login forms, you agree to Google's use of reCAPTCHA to evaluate your session for bot activity.

5. Managing Cookies

You can manage cookies in several ways:

  • Cookie banner: Use "Accept" or "Decline" on the banner that appears on your first visit.
  • Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential or functional cookies will significantly degrade or prevent platform functionality.
  • Local storage: You can clear local storage via your browser's developer tools (Application → Local Storage).

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as we add or remove features. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
